Aimed to Elevate Women, LGBTQIA+, AND BIPOC Wellness With Bodywork, Nature, & Ancient Wisdom.

Cassia Bodywork integrates a modern clinical approach with timeless, evidence-based traditional medicine practices home to East Asia, India, and Africa. Our thorough and compassionate intake assessment allows us to curate a treatment plan that honors your unique health and wellness concerns and goals.
In our plant-filled sancturary, we offer a space of rest and introspection, inspiring a deeper relationship with Self. In ancient cultures, it was essential to experience the divine connection between one's body, mind, and the environment. Cassia Bodywork aims to assist you in recultivating these relationships amidst a hyper-technological, individualistic, and isolating modern world.

Trauma-Informed Care

We offer a trauma-informed and gender-affirming approach to bodywork by offering fully-clothed modalities, an emphasis on informed consent, and utilizing a compassionate touch within a communicative enviornment. All services are provided 100% within your comfort zone.

Plant-Filled Sanctuary

At Cassia, we believe setting plays a vital role in achieving your wellness goals. Our plant-filled, sensory-adjustable sanctuary centers your therapeutic environment, curating the space you need to blossom.

About Elle

Elle Brooks (they/them) graduated from Pacific College of Health and Science with a massage certification, specializing in Asian bodywork. Passionate about our natural capacity to heal when supported by empowering practices such as bodywork, sound and the natural world, they aim to hold space for individuals as they journey towards balance.
Currently enrolled in the Master of Science Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine degree program at Pacific College, they desire to research the diasporic worldviews of traditional medicine, psychosomatic regulation, and the healing capabilities of plants. Outside of school, they enjoy immersing themselves in creative endeavors such as painting and exploring Chicago's rich music culture.
